South Beach at Long Branch Sales Center Moves Back To Construction Site

Progress Continues on Luxury Towers Rising along Ocean Avenue

As South Beach at Long Branch, a one-of-a-kind oceanfront condominium project developed by FEM South Beach Urban Renewal, LLC, gears up for summer, its sales office has been relocated to the corner of North Bath Ave. and Ocean Boulevard in Long Branch, on the construction site. The ultra- luxury project continues at a brisk pace with construction progressing swiftly and availability becoming more limited.

“We’re very excited about moving the sales center back on-site where we can meet and accommodate prospective buyers, share information about our projects’ five-star amenities and host VIP tours,” said Deborah James, sales director for FEM South Beach Urban Renewal, LLC. “We continue to see strong interest in our award-winning project, as our sales team offers exceptional service and guidance helping buyers make their dream of living oceanfront a reality.”

Rising on a quiet stretch of beach along Ocean Avenue, the North and South towers feature a striking glass and concrete façade accented by floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies. When completed in late fall of 2019, the two eight-story towers will comprise 47 residences ranging from two-to-four bedrooms, along with duplexes and penthouses and all with incredible views. World renowned Steven G was tapped to design the interiors with premium finishes, elegant Italian porcelain flooring, top-of-the-line appliances, and Snaidero custom kitchens from Italy. Every outdoor terrace will also be fitted with a built-in gas fireplace.

“When people see our views, they’re blown away.” This is not just a luxury condominium; it’s a high-end exclusive lifestyle that you won’t find anywhere else at the Jersey Shore,” said Max Sobrano, a sales assistant who’s been part of the team since construction began in 2016.

“There are over 20 different floor plan layouts—all with a variety of indoor and outdoor space— allowing buyers to select the perfect one for their lifestyle,” said James. “The boutique South Tower is unique, as it features just two expansive residences per floor, each with direct eastern front facing views as residences flow through to the back of the building with captivating western sunset views. On the seventh and eighth floor of the South Tower, two duplex penthouses with over 1,400 square feet of outdoor terrace space wraps each side of the building. A spectacular penthouse sits on the 8th floor of the North Tower, featuring over 3,400 square feet of living space. A variety of 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath residences fill in the North Tower, all with picturesque ocean views.”

The project is packed with features that are unique to the Jersey Shore market such as private and semi-private elevators, concierge services, private dining with wine storage, a business center, as well as a camera-monitored security system powered by the latest surveillance equipment.

There are even more stunning outdoor amenities on the plaza level where residents can swim and relax. Here lies the saltwater infinity-edge pool with a waterfall, raised sundecks, a patio with gas grills and sand areas for yoga and meditation.

When friends and family are visiting, homeowners have access to four designer-decorated guest suites for up to four weeks during the year.

The sales center is open daily by appointment. Interested buyers can contact Sales Director Deborah James at (732) 222-0710.
