Award-Winning Condominium Complex Selects Leading Sales Team
LONG BRANCH, N.J., Sept. 12, 2019 – FEM South Beach Urban Renewal, LLC, has joined forces with luxury real estate brokerage Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty to market and sell units at South Beach at Long Branch, an award-winning condominium development currently under construction on Ocean Avenue. “With increased sales activity over the summer season, it was critical we brought in the right team to supplement our efforts to best serve the demand for South Beach,” said Mimi Feliciano, CEO of FEM Real Estate.
“We’re planning on putting an innovative spin on sales and marketing efforts,” said Mary Burke, CEO, owner and president of Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty in Monmouth County, N.J.
The brokerage firm has brought in a new on-site sales team who will work alongside Deborah James, sales director for FEM South Beach Urban Renewal, LLC. The sales team will be relying on a proprietary app launched last year known as Curate by Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates, LLC to help clients visualize the residences at South Beach before purchase. The immersive augmented realty (AR) tool allows clients to design and purchase furnishings for their new home by using their mobile devices.
“We’ve found that the app is extremely helpful to clients in all real estate transactions but especially in new developments where they can visualize the space and all the design possibilities using augmented reality,” said Burke.
South Beach at Long Branch (South Beach) was designed to match stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean with resort-style amenities. The oceanfront complex is comprised of two eight-story towers featuring floor-to-ceiling glass walls and full-floor layouts. Residents have easy access to the beach, a saltwater infinity-edge pool, high-tech fitness center, sun deck with outdoor BBQ grills, a private dining room with personal wine storage, a 24/7 accessible business center, state-of-the-art security as well as private and semi-private elevators. Also, onsite are four private designer-decorated guest suites available to residents for up to four weeks per year where they can host visiting guests.
“Long Branch is undergoing a tremendous revitalization, offering a lifestyle that people are interested in leading all year round and not just seasonally. We’re seeing more and more people who are selling their homes and buying property on the water,” said Burke. “South Beach not only fills a need in the marketplace, but it’s also quite unique because of its exclusive location which is highly desirable. The amenities are phenomenal, particularly the guest suites which allow clients who are considering downsizing the option to host visiting guests and not worry about losing the extra space.”
