South Beach at Long Branch Construction is in Full Swing

Sales and construction for South Beach at Long Branch, developed by FEM South Beach Urban Renewal, LLC, is moving along at a brisk pace. To allow for the next phase of development, the sales office has relocated from the construction site to the West End section of Long Branch at 64 Montgomery Avenue.

The new sales office is now open daily by appointment. Interested buyers can contact Deborah James, Sales Director, at (732) 222-0710.

The South Beach at Long Branch development consists of two distinct buildings situated on 1.7 acres of oceanfront property. The highly-designed, sleek, glass North and South towers are both eight stories and home to 47 residences ranging from two to four bedrooms, along with duplexes and penthouses. The buildings are being constructed and designed to meet the highest standards for waterfront construction. The site is approximately 25 feet above sea level. Sustainable qualities include concrete and steel construction and custom-made floor-to-ceiling exterior glass walls created to withstand 120-mile per hour winds. The residences are designed with modern Miami-inspired kitchens with Snaidero custom cabinetry from Italy, premium appliances, top-of-the line fixtures, and more. To further enhance spectacular ocean views, every outdoor terrace will feature a built in gas fireplace.

Located on Ocean Avenue, the development is the vision of Mimi and Edwin Feliciano, founders of FEM Real Estate, LLC, based in Montville, NJ. The Felicianos teamed up with leading Miami-based interior designer Steven G; Shore Point Architecture in Ocean Grove, N.J., Monteforte Architectural Studio in Asbury Park, N.J., and Cornerstone Construction Services, LLC, in Somerville, N.J.

South Beach at Long Branch broke ground in the summer of 2016. Both buildings were topped off in the fall of 2018 and residents are scheduled to move in by fall of 2019. An on-site, furnished sales model is slated to open in the spring.
