FEM South Beach Urban Renewal Wins Seven FAME Awards at SBACNJ Ceremony

South Beach at Long Branch Nabs Community of the Year Award

LONG BRANCH, N.J., March 12, 2020 – FEM South Beach Urban Renewal won seven awards at the annual Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey (SBACNJ) Fabulous Achievement in Marketing Excellence (FAME) Awards. Among the honors, the developer took home the coveted Community of the Year Award in the Mid-Rise/High-Rise Design category for South Beach at Long Branch. The awards celebration was held at Southgate Manor in Freehold on Feb. 26th.

The FAME Awards honor companies and individual builders, remodelers and associate members for excellence in marketing accomplishments in the homebuilding industry. Located in Lakewood, SBACNJ is a chartered local chapter of both the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and is one of the largest local trade associations in the area.

“It’s an honor to be recognized by Shore Builders Association for our work on South Beach at Long Branch,” said Mimi Feliciano, founder and CEO of FEM Real Estate. “We are committed to building a high-quality residential complex that delivers a prime living experience at the Jersey Shore.”

In addition to the Community of the Year award, the luxury oceanfront condominium complex captured awards in the following categories:

  • Logo Design for a Mid-Rise/High-Rise Community
  • Brochure for a Mid-Rise/High-Rise Community
  • Interior Merchandising for a Mid-Rise/High-Rise Community
  • Community Website
  • Traditional Marketing Strategy
  • Color Print Ad

South Beach at Long Branch was the vision of Mimi and Edwin Feliciano, New Jersey developers who imagined an iconic boutique condominium complex at the Jersey Shore that would be reminiscent of waterfront architecture found in Miami’s South Beach. The two glass and concrete North and South towers feature 47 residences overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The buildings are nearing completion with the first move-ins expected this spring.

The modern towers consist of two-to-four bedrooms, along with duplexes and penthouses and feature floor-to-ceiling window panoramas, interiors with premium finishes, elegant Italian porcelain flooring, top-of-the-line appliances, and Snaidero custom kitchens from Italy.

In addition to easy beach access, South Beach residents will enjoy a long list of top amenities, including a saltwater infinity-edge pool with fountain, state-of-the-art fitness center, sun deck with outdoor BBQ grills, a private dining room with personal wine storage, a 24/7 accessible business center, full building security system, private and semi-private elevators and underground parking. Also, onsite are four private designer-decorated guest suites available to residents for up to four weeks per year where they can host visiting guests.
